We have three comfortable and well-equiped 4 star* self catering farm cottages converted from an old milking parlour, perfect for self catering holidays in Cornwal and winter short breaks. We also welcome your well behaved dogs on the farm.
Set in the heart of the beautiful Lynher Valley, Lower Trewashford along with Trewashford Cottages, is a working farm with pedigree South Devon cattle, sheep, chicken and ducks. Lower Trewashford is surrounded by stunning countryside views, ambling country lanes that are quiet even with holiday traffic and has an abundance of wild birds.

Close at hand is St. Mellion International Golf Club that is within walking distance. The Eden Project, Heligan and Cotehele gardens are but short car drive away as are the dramatic moors of Bodmin and Dartmoor.
The local old 12th century village inn "The Weary Friar" serves good home cooked food and local real ales and is within a short walking distance.
The naval city of Plymouth with its historic Barbican, Theatres, newly built Drake Circus shopping centre and restaurants can be reached within 20 minutes.

New in 2008, our outdoor heated swimming pool, which is open from May to September, subject to weather conditions (see larger picture of the swimming pool on the cottages page).
